Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy

1. Digital Service Delivery

Since our platform operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, no physical shipping is involved. Upon successful subscription and payment, users receive immediate access to our cloud-based platform and services.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best experience through our services. However, refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Free Trials & No Refund for Paid Periods: If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate our platform before committing to a subscription. Once a paid subscription is active, refunds will not be provided for the unused portion.

  • Billing Errors: As Perfeo offers subscription-based SaaS products with digital access, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated and services are provisioned.
    However, in rare cases of double billing, failed upgrades, or technical errors, a refund may be processed upon review.
    Eligible refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Service Malfunction: If our platform fails to function as described due to technical issues caused by us, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Users can cancel their subscription anytime via their account settings. Depending on the plan, the following rules apply:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Users may cancel but will retain access until the current billing period ends. No partial refunds are provided unless required by applicable laws.

Since our services are digital, no physical returns apply. If you experience issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

We reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Continued use of our platform after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
